Toby's Estate (City Road, opposite University of Sydney)

This gem of a coffee house boasts the best coffee that team gekko has yet experienced in Sydney, and has become a Sunday morning institution. They do a range of toasted ciabatta-style sandwiches, almost all of which we've tried and found to be excellent. The ham & gruyere toasted ciabatta with dijon mustard is a particular favourite.
